Our Grade 1 learners had a delightful session with Ms. Dr. Sofia Dorathy, a sonologist, entrepreneur, and proud SSVM parent. She began by introducing herself and encouraging students to do the same, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere.
The session focused on good habits and healthy eating, where children eagerly shared their thoughts. They were fascinated to learn about color-coded food groups and how each color benefits different body parts.
To make learning fun, Dr. Sofia conducted a word game, where students, in teams, picked a letter and named three words before the sand clock ran out. The excitement was contagious, and every child actively participated.
The event concluded with a student reflection, summarizing the key takeaways. It was a wonderful experience, enriching young minds through engaging activities.
